Cancellation Policy

To ensure a professional and productive experience for all clients, please review the following policies before booking. Booking Confirmation All bookings submitted through the website or scheduling platform are considered requests and are not automatically confirmed. Your appointment remains pending until you receive a confirmation email from Tjstlouis & Company. We reserve the right to reschedule or decline appointments that are not aligned with our service scope or availability. Discovery Calls Discovery/Loyalty Strategy Calls are complimentary and designed to determine fit. These calls are: • limited to 25 minutes • intended for prospective clients considering services • not consulting sessions or free strategy workshops If additional advisory support is required, a paid service engagement may be recommended. Punctuality Please join your session on time. A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After this time, sessions may be shortened or cancelled depending on scheduling availability. Late arrivals do not guarantee extended time. Cancellation & Rescheduling We understand that plans change. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests. Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may require rebooking and may be subject to a fee for paid sessions. Confidentiality All client information shared during our discovery call is treated as confidential and handled professionally. Your business information will never be shared without your consent unless required by law. Results Disclaimer While every effort is made to provide strategic recommendations designed to improve client loyalty and business growth, results may vary depending on implementation, business conditions, and other external factors.
